Alex Social Immersion – Full Legal Notice and Terms of Participation: By proceeding with the act of completing your full payment balance for the live training experience known as “Alex Social Immersion” (hereafter referred to as “the Course”), and thereby gaining access to any related live or recorded content, coaching, materials, digital platforms, instructional materials, in-person workshops, scheduled group calls, seminar events, private communications channels (including but not limited to WhatsApp, email, SMS, or third-party video conferencing tools), or any form of intellectual property developed or distributed by Alex Social and Media Pty Ltd (the “Company”), a registered business entity incorporated under the laws of Queensland, Australia, you are hereby acknowledging and confirming your full agreement to be legally and contractually bound by the following Terms and Conditions in full, without modification or objection, and with no further written or digital signature required. This consent is considered effective immediately upon your financial transaction being received in full and content access being granted by the Company, its staff, agents, or technical systems. These Terms are non-negotiable and are considered binding for the duration of your involvement with the Course and its associated materials, and also remain applicable after participation ends, insofar as they pertain to confidentiality, licensing, intellectual property protection, and dispute resolution. The Course is a privately operated educational program that includes, but is not limited to: structured live in-person group seminars and real-world training sessions; guided exercises facilitated by one or more instructors; scheduled live group coaching sessions conducted via platforms such as Zoom or equivalent; access to pre-produced or live digital content distributed via a secure student portal or private link; and membership within a digital support community, hosted via apps or tools selected at the Company’s discretion. The Course duration, structure, and session calendar are established in advance by the Company and published publicly on the Company’s primary website, www.4weeknatural.com, and are supplemented with logistical information (including exact timing and group-specific schedules) made available through private, event-specific Google Calendars shared with enrolled Participants through group channels such as WhatsApp. These tools are integral to the Course experience and all Participants are expected to maintain access to and engagement with the channels used for communications and updates. All fees associated with the Course are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and must be paid in full by the due date indicated at the time of registration. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a position in the Course. This deposit guarantees your place in a specific Course cohort but does not entitle you to access any Course content until the full remaining balance is paid. Once the full Course fee is received, access to proprietary content will be granted. At this point, your right to any form of refund or reimbursement is explicitly and permanently waived, regardless of changes in personal circumstances, schedule conflicts, travel disruptions, illness, dissatisfaction, or inability to participate in any or all components of the Course. There are no refunds, no partial refunds, and no exceptions, unless required by non-waivable provisions of Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable statutory protections.No payment plans, installment arrangements, or deferred access models are offered or supported. All payments must be made via approved methods, which may include credit/debit cards, international transfers, or other digital payment providers. You are solely responsible for any transaction fees, exchange rate differences, or intermediary banking charges incurred. You may request a one-time transfer of your enrolment to another individual, provided this request is made in writing to the Company no fewer than seven (7) calendar days prior to the commencement of the Course. This transfer applies only to the same Course for which you originally enrolled and does not carry forward to future or different events. Acceptance of a substitute participant is at the sole discretion of the Company and is conditional on that substitute agreeing to these Terms. By enrolling, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, possess full mental and legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and do not have any medical, psychological, or physical condition that would impair your ability to safely and responsibly participate in a live and potentially socially intensive group training environment. If you are aware of any condition (mental, emotional, physical, or otherwise) that may impact your participation or that of others, you are obligated to disclose this information to the Course instructor or support staff at the earliest opportunity. Participation is undertaken voluntarily and entirely at your own risk, and by enrolling, you waive all claims against the Company, its staff, contractors, or agents for any physical, emotional, psychological, or reputational effects you may experience during or after the Course. The Course is offered strictly for educational, entertainment, and informational purposes only. It is not, nor is it intended to be interpreted as, professional advice, medical guidance, psychological therapy, legal instruction, financial consulting, or career counselling. The instructors are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or financial advisors unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any testimonials, case studies, or personal anecdotes presented are illustrative in nature and do not represent guaranteed or typical outcomes. Individual results will vary based on numerous personal factors beyond our control, including but not limited to your own level of participation, mindset, application, and external circumstances. You understand and agree that the Company may update, modify, reschedule, or adapt the format, venue, delivery method, or presenter lineup of the Course as necessary and appropriate. In the case of a Force Majeure event—defined as an unforeseen, uncontrollable circumstance including but not limited to pandemic-related travel restrictions, natural disasters, government shutdowns, civil unrest, or infrastructure failure—the Company reserves the right to reschedule the affected Course delivery in full or in part to a future date or alternative format (e.g. online), without refund. Any such disruption does not release you from these Terms. All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, recordings, documents, frameworks, diagrams, branding, methods, processes, scripts, and all original content provided by or on behalf of the Company, are the exclusive intellectual property of Alex Social and Media Pty Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. By enrolling, you are granted a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited licence to access and use the materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not duplicate, distribute, share, publish, sell, license, reframe, reproduce, or otherwise disseminate any portion of the Course content in any medium whatsoever without prior written permission from the Company. Any attempt to do so may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and may subject you to civil liability, financial damages, and/or injunctive relief. Live Course sessions are not recorded for future reuse. However, during group exercises or scheduled photo shoots, images may be taken for documentation or group memory purposes. These images are shared within your cohort via private channels and are not published publicly unless you have provided explicit, written, opt-in consent for such marketing use. You may decline to appear in any marketing without affecting your participation rights. The Company collects and stores certain personal information (including your name, contact details, and progress data) as necessary to operate the Course effectively and provide support. Data is managed in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and may be stored on secure cloud-based servers located in Australia or internationally. By enrolling, you consent to the reasonable use and secure storage of your data for the purposes of Course delivery and communication. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, threatening, harassing, or non-compliant with Course guidelines (verbal or written) may result in your immediate removal from the Course without refund or recourse. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive conduct, discrimination, or interference with the learning experience of others. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost opportunity, emotional distress, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms is limited strictly to the amount you paid for the Course. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law where applicable. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Queensland, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before initiating formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution and, if necessary, participate in mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon third party within Queensland. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior agreements, verbal or written, with respect to your participation in the Course. Any waiver of these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of the Company. These Terms may be updated from time to time, with reasonable notice posted publicly or distributed via email or Course channels. By completing your balance payment and accessing any part of the Course content, you affirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all of the above Terms & Conditions in full.
